“You would think they would ship it before asking me to review it. I ordered it Sept 23rd and it said it would ship in October. It's now November and it hasn't shipped.”

“If you want good reviews make certain you've shipped the sauce before asking for reviews. This is HORRIBLE from a customer service perspective. Would love to give a review based on flavor/heat but since you asked for one in advance... One Star based on the fact that I can't taste it and am receiving spam to rub it in.”
