“I would complain that they said it would be shipped a week ago, but it hasn’t. So your review sucks. Don’t send me a request to review your product if you are late on your shipment.”

“Stupid how I'm being asked to review a product I haven't even received yet. Also sucks that I've been given 3 different dates to expect my sauce to ship... Waited over a month for an overpriced sauce and still haven't received it...Heatonist you need to learn that when it comes to business the best way to keep your customers happy is to underpromise and over-deliver.”
