Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think sauce is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps! “It's definitely hot but with good flavor and that was makes a true hot sauce. Guys at work try to bring in the hottest sauce on the market, this is one of them. Always searching for a hotter one!”

“I absolutely love the flavor of this sauce. This and the Pepper X Classic are new faves, but boy howdy, be careful. Earthier than scorpions or apollos, nice spice and umami. The heat is no joke, though. Just be judicious, and you’ll be ok. It’s worth it.”

“The flavor is awesome ! But this sauce is :u1F975: so spicy! I need a hot sauce with this kind of flavor that isn’t so spicy for myself. All in all, excellent hot sauce !”
