“Bummed that my bottle is orange-red, not the ochre-yellow as on the show, but the heat is there. Got my package yesterday and gently massaged the top with a finger and licked it. The whole right side of my tongue was numb for a good 20 minutes. Now to put it on real food and see how it fares.”

“The sauce flavor is pretty good. Other than that...this sauce was WAY too hyped up. The heat is not that bad at all, unless you have very low tolerance. Super disappointed. No way this thing is over 2 million scoville like the show says. Feel like we were all lied to. Not worth the $20 plus shipping.”

“I loved this sauce. Greg R's review is 100% correct. If you just do a small dab on your food you don't get the heat you see on the show, which is 100% awesome!! When I first opened the bottle it was to have with steak. It was a fatty steak basted in butter so there was a lot of fat to cut the heat. I dipped the steak in the sauce (Decent amount) and did get nice heat and awesome flavor. I had it on wings the night after and really went to town with the sauce (Dipped again not coated). Same flavor but intense heat, snotty nose sweating like an ice cold glass of water on a hot summer day. I got three wings down and switched to sour cream for a few. With this sauce it’s easy to control the heat and still get the good flavor. Also if you are disappointed with the heat try shaking the bottle to stir everything up. I wasn’t impressed with the heat at first with the steak but the second pour I shook the bottle up well and it made a big difference.”

“Over all its a good tasting sauce with a nice kick, definitely not over 2 million Scoville, more like 200,000, its about as hot as an average habanero and taste similer to a hab. My biggest complaint is my sauce is orange in color, every pic and video I've seen shows it to be green which is the color of pepper x. I'm guessing in the overwhelming demand for this they decided to mix different peppers so not to run out of pepper x. There is definitely red peppers in the bottle, I can see little bits of red peppers in the bottle. It's also very seedy. I've eaten 5 dabs so far and despite shaking well, there were so many seed chunks. With all this I was considering 1 star but since it is a half decent sauce it's still use able as such so I'll give it 2 stars but I am very disappointed.”
