Really nice level of heat with great taste. I add it to my eggs, soups and chicken wings.

Great flavor in a really hot sauce. A lot of tangy flavor up front and an even burn afterwards.

To be honest I was very careful at the beginning. When I tasted it for the very first time it was everything I was dreaming about. Love the pepper tase, love the turmeric and ginger and the mustards seeds. Basically I'm using it with everything chicken related - no matter if roasted or fried. This is the best sauce I've ever had. I need to order new iteration which is apollo because I've heard it's even better.

This sauce is #10 for a reason. It brings the heat but also with great flavor. While the heat lingered it was enjoyed more than some #8 and #9 level sauces bc it was heat with flavor. Good #10.

It is a surprise how hot this sauce is. You can build a tolerance for the sauce as a condiment, because it’s not just for wings. I mixed two small, “dabs” in a medium sized bowl of rice and it was hot enough to be a sustained 7-8 / 10 for the whole dish. The XXX is mainly about peppery heat vs flavor. It tastes like a red or cayenne peeper, a touch of sour vinegar and cumin. Add this for a base of heat with a flavorful dish. Literally one dab will heat up a food serving, two is a challenge, three would be uncomfortable.
