“This is a smoker and should be treated with the respect it deserves. For non pepper heads this will burn them out and leave them with a meltdown. If you can handle say an 500 to 700 k sauce this one is doable but it will burn you. Moderation will yield you lots of veggie and a bit of sweet flavor that builds to a mouth waterer. Full of flavor and is worth the burn. Not for those who can't handle a very hot sauce. Best used in a bowl or on a plate of food. My favorite is pulled pork or grilled chicken with asparagus off the grill.”
