“A beautiful follow up to his previous sauces. Notes of citrus from the orange and grapefruit are delightful. Leaves a light aftertaste of cinnamon. Very mild, but lights up the tongue in a very pleasant way. Tried by itself, but I can see why he recommends tacos and porkchops for this one and I look forward to trying it with both. I am also considering trying it with sushi for fun. Highly recommend getting a bottle or two!”

“On the milder side of the spectrum as far as heat is concerned, but that doesn't mean it's lacking in flavor, but I do wish it had a little more kick. It's very citrus forward, with strong notes of lime and to me even tasted a little mustard-y. The sauce is on the thinner side and pours easily. Not my favorite of Keith's sauces, but certainly still worth the try.”
