One of the best sauces I’ve had perfect kick and taste.

I almost never write reviews but this is my first buy from heatonist and I had to after I got this. I have been looking for a decent sauce not too hot or too mild for eggs for years and I've finally found it. I'll admit if there is maple flavor it feels understated but still a mild sauce that has some heat to it from the fresno chilies and tastes awesome!

This just might be the best variation of The Classic I tasted. A great starter sauce for entry-level chiliheads, there's a little bit of fire, but with that touch of maple, you get that perfect balance of sweet and heat. It's great to put on your favorite foods — scrambled eggs, cheesy grits, pizza, chicken...the sky's the limit. It's no wonder this sauce leads off the lineup of Hot Ones Season 19, and whatever the next edition of The Classic is, this just might be hard to top..

Sweet but not too sweet, smokey and just the right amount of vinegar. I love a hot sweet combo and the maple flavor comes through without overpowering. Not hot but tasty.

This new reinvention of the Classic is insanely balanced! Pretty decent heat, solid acidity and just the right touch of maple. I can't wait to try this on some roasted sweet potatoes
