“I like it, but it needs more garlic. Say about one head per bottle... And the bottle needs to be bigger. Maybe a little bit sweeter sauce, but with a more nutty, smokey flavor? Now I'm talking about a new sauce - maybe a nice marinade? And my mouth is watering...”

“The original Classic is really good and I love all things garlic, especially fermented chiles and garlic! Unfortunately this one lacks the tangy deliciousness of the original and the garlic seems to lack in flavor as well, as though it were purchased pre-chopped.”

“I have tried a lot of the hot sauces on Heatonist and this one takes the cake. My wife never eat any hot sauce and she finally did, this one. Now I lost both bottles to her.”
