“This was the most disappointing sauce in the batch I bought. I doesn't even count as hot sauce as there is no actual spice in it. I used the entire bottle in three days just because I was hoping there was some spice in the bottle. Nope, move along.”

Oh no, sorry to hear this wasn't for you! This is one of our most mild sauces on purpose (it's the first one in the lineup to ease people in), so it sounds like you need something hotter! We're so glad you at least were able to use it up, and thanks for giving it a try!

“I’ve wanted to try this since it dropped and it came back in stock a couple months after I moved to Fresno. It definitely hypes up my new hometown pride. It has a great flavor with the fresno chilis and garlic. It is not a sweet sauce in any sense and not too much heat but still a nice amount of kick. It is a great homey to your tacos. The 559 can be proud of this one.”

“This is one of my favorite hot sauces I’ve ever had! It’s got great depth of flavor that melds with all kinds of foods. The heat is very mild and pleasant, allowing for copious saucing.”
