If you're a garlic lover, this sauce is a like a punch in the mouth with a fist full of garlic. Loved the flavor, didn't get much of a kick from the heat, and there was more of a vinegar flavor than sweetness to it. The foods I primarily put it on were eggs whites for breakfast and some sort of rice bowl for lunch. On my next bottle I'm considering throwing a dash or two into my red pasta sauce or incorporating it into some homemade meatballs.

Just the right amount of kick and loads of flavor! I love it as much as I love Sean Evans, which is to say a whole lot!

Bought it because I love garlic, now it's my goto sauce for just about everything. I've recently started adding it to my spicy bourbon pickle recipe, stepped it up to then next level

Not too much heat, but I wasn't prepared for the flavor profile. So good, cannot recommend enough!

This shit's delicious, great on chicken or pizza. Just make sure you remember to shake it up first.

Great alternative to the standard sauce. A little more watery than the standard so be careful pouring.

The original The Classic has been a family favorite for a long while. I thought they just changed the label but this is a very different sauce. This sauce has noticeable more pepper seeds and a distinctly higher vinegar flavor and spice. This version of The Classic is trying to hard to be different but keeping the same name to build on the good reputation of the original sauce.
