“Most perfect hot sauce I've ever found for fish tacos. The garlicly flavor and the fresno chiles hit just right to provide the perfect accent to all sorts of dishes, but our family has found it just perfect for lighter meats like fish and shrimp.”

“If you enjoyed the original Classic, you should know that the extra garlic in this sauce gives it quite a different flavor profile... I love garlic and all but there's not much more to this sauce than garlic. This sauce is really good, but I prefer the original Classic, as I thought it had a much more complex flavor. Probably won't buy this sauce again.”
