“So, generally super hot sauces have a lot of muddly flavors. The last dab pepper x edition wasn't one of my favorites it didn't have a terrible flavor but it just didn't do it for me. But this sauce is absolutely amazing I can't believe how good it tastes and the heat is out of this world. I am in love with this sauce.”

“Story time: I was with a bunch of family and was excited to try out the new Apollo sauce in some pozole. I had the bottle open and was talking with someone who also really likes hot things and we were getting excited to try it, when another family member grabs the bottle and says "I'll try a little" and proceeds to put GLOBS of the sauce in her bowl of soup. We both said that was wayyy too much but we'd finish it for her if she couldn't handle it. Needless to say, after a few spoonfulls she passed it to us and we split it up. Fast forward to the next day, and apparently this family member had been waiting for COVID results, and got a positive test that morning. Once we found out, we pretty much expected to get it since we literally ate from the same soup she had dipped her spoon in multiple times. 2 weeks later and neither of us developed symptoms or received positive test results. We say the Apollo killed the COVID good and dead since there was so much in there. (no, I do not claim Apollo will prevent you from getting COVID, but this story is true). In all seriousness, this is definitely my favorite out of all the Last Dab sauces I've tried. The flavor is great, and I really like the consistency of the sauce, just a little less viscous than the other Last Dabs. Its hot, but its so good.”

“In my adventures I've found that superhot sauces often have trouble connecting "shock-value heat level" with "doesn't taste like licking a subway train floor". I've gagged and choked through the bitter nastiness of Da Bomb Beyond Insanity, the oddly sweet-but-brutal Mad Dog 357, and sat hunched over in pain after taking dares to eat food laced with extract dusts and sauce mixes. This one is the first "top tier" sauce I actually enjoyed at face value. The flavor is smoky with a noticeable (but not overpowering) vinegar edge and the heat is intense but not like a novelty sauce. I just tried up some eggs with some Angry Goat Sweaty Beaver sauce and topped off each with a few dabs of this. They were delicious! The description of the heat here is pretty accurate. It builds slowly and steadily, tapers down and then you're left with a steady burn on your lips and the roof of your mouth for a while afterward.”

“I think overall the sauce is great. It provides a great flavor with a sneaky, compounding heat that is not overwhelming if you stop eating it. My biggest complaint is how thin the sauce is. I enjoyed how thick the previous Last Dabs were as you could actually deliver a dab of the sauce onto food. With how thin the sauce, it is much easier to over pour the sauce in addition to the sauce running off the chicken wing.”

“Definitely hotter than XXX but still enjoyable, minda. Used properly this sauce is beautiful. Just enough time to taste the sweet, earthy, habenero-ish flavor before you realize you really dove into the deep end. Use too much... well, you'll know it when you breach that threshold”

“Last Dab XXX is probably my favorite super-hot. I love the citrus-y mustardy flavor of the pepper X. Maybe I lack a refined palate but Last Dab Apollo just tastes like a standard but high quality super-hot to me. Tangy peppers and vinegar. The heat is sneaky. It was pretty mild up front and didn’t seem anywhere near as hot as XXX but after a couple bites it continued to build until my mouth was on fire and I was sweating profusely. After one dab I would have put the heat at an 8 but after three, it definitely earned the 11.”

“The heat is real on this one, and there is a surprising amount of flavor with a pleasant after taste. If I had one complaint about this is that the heat itself only lasted maybe five minutes.”

“Interesting flavour, loved using LDXXX for roti, but had Apollo today with my burger, and holy H E L L, I ate it, but will be paying for it shortly. Superhot, almost too hot for me, but also lacks the flavour/heat combo of LDXXX. Can see this sauce more as an entertainment sauce, more than everyday use. If you are a spicehead, I still say its a Must Try Sauce, and you will only need one bottle, cause it will last you a few years”
