“This sauce is hot, but not crazy hot. It has a nice flavor, but a bit of an acrid aftertaste. Great on pizza, the cheese seems to dampen the after taste. It’s definitely going in my rotation.”

“I've had this before, but the last dab always has such an amazing flavor. It tastes great in Broccoli Cheddar soup if you add a few drops! It is insanely hot, but makes any food amazing with just a few drops, even ramen. If you want to spice up something with a great flavor, just a few drops of this and you're set for the whole meal.”

“We were excited to try Apollo after how much we liked the XXX sauce. But we were surprised at how different the Apollo was in overall flavor. The taste is fairly harsh so the bottle doesn't seem to get much use. The heat didn't seem too bad either but the taste kind of dominates over the hotness...”

“This sauce is amazingly hot, and I agree with many of the below comments...initially. After being in the fridge, with my other hot sauces, for less than a year, it has lost most of its heat. It now is less hot than Da Bomb. It was bummer to pull out for a hot wing challenge and then have it not be as hot as Da Bomb was. Moral of the story is "use it or lose it" I guess.”

All the sauces we curate are all-natural, so always best to refrigerate! It'll keep the flavor better for longer. Also giving the sauce a good shake after not using it for awhile will help. Stay Spicy, Sarita
