“Truly hot, but truly tasty, too! Despite the Scoville rating, this is a very tasty addition to eggs, casseroles, or stir fry. You'll find yourself reaching for it despite the heat. One of my favorite sauces of all time.”

“My new favorite hot sauce is the Last Dab Apollo. I’ve gone through three bottles in the past six weeks. So flavorful and I use it most often in my hummus . Just wish the price point was a tad lower but I’m a customer for sure. Just bought the XXX and will open that one soon.”

“This is right up there with Blair's hottest sauces! They do technically make hotter products like their 1AM, 2AM & 3AM Reserves, but I've never experienced the torture of those. Mad Dogs Plutonium is even hotter than that! This will help you breath really good after blowing your nose, & turn your bathroom time into a fun upside-down volcano experience. BRING ALOH, LOL!”

“This one brings the heat, if you have been living under a rock and haven't seen Hot Ones, be forewarned. That seems unlikely though since you are one this website and reading this review. Start with a drop or two to feel it out first. I now stash it the fridge at the office as a mean trick to play on unsuspecting coworkers.”

“Well i love good spicy ribs. Different rubs then brushed with this pepper sauce. My Navy Chief agreed the flavor is wonderful as he tried a 'dab' on a toothpick. Then the heat hit! He was impressed as i am. Yes its got bite but the flavor is wonderful. Use sparingly until you get us to the heat you won't be disappointed!!”
