“I've been watching Hot Ones for years, and have always wanted to try the hottest of the sauces... I used some birthday cash to grab a bottle, and it did not disappoint. My lips, mouth, and throat felt like they were on fire, but I cleaned the wing! My fiancée's daughter also had a saucy wing with a bit extra for the last dab! My kids had just normal wings with a couple drops and that was more than enough for them... my son had the shakes and cried between glasses of milk. Seeing their reaction, my fiancée who isn't good with heat wiped some of her drops off on the plate, and it was still a lot for her. It's wild how hot it is, but I loved the experience. Will probably try just a few drops on things I eat regularly, so this bottle's going to last me a long, long time. lol So good! Thanks!”

“Why this isn’t packaged with a dripper cap is beyond my comprehension. I poured with a pretty free hand and think I’ve permanently damaged my digestive track. Pour carefully. This stuff is insane.”

“This was easily one of, if not the most disappointing sauces I've ever had. I'm aware that my spice tolerance is far higher than the average person, but with all the claims on this sauce of how much heat it has I expected so much more. I'll say it does have a decent flavor which isn't common in the super spicy sauces, but it definitely doesn't deliver more than moderate heat for anyone looking for that extreme burn. The hottest wing sauce at BWW delivers more than this sauce, for a reference. I don't hate it, like I said I like the taste, but it falls short in it's claims of heat. Icarus might have been a mote suitable name for the pepper/sauce than Apollo.”

“Much like many of the other reviews, this was not as thermonuclear as I was expecting. Don’t get me wrong, you can easily take yourself out with this. It likes to hold on once you get a good dose of it. But on food it is quite tolerable, even enjoyable. It has good flavor but is just a little too warm for daily use… not gimmicky at all though, very usable.”

“This shit hurts. A lot. It tastes pretty good but not as much as the XXX (still very spicy). This is for the ones who want to add a lot of spice to a meal and not gain much flavor. Buy the XXX first, then this later.”
