“I really love this sauce. It tastes a lot like Carolina Reaper but it’s more complex. The heat builds slower than the Pepper X sauce. I’m not sure if it has dethroned Reaper Squeezins as my favorite hot sauce but it’s certainly close. It’s such an enjoyable burn, but it actually doesn’t seem as hot as The Last Dab Xperience 91% Pepper X sauce. This pepper will be so good on so many foods: burgers, chicken, tacos, in chili, etc.”

“I went to Walmart I bought their boneless chicken wings I had no idea that the Apollo was the last day You had three flavors I drenched each chicken wing in each flavor, soaking wet. I took a bite of each. I suppose the first bite just sort of bypassed any major part of my mouth. It’s only when I ate the entire chunk, That’s when I understood the scorpions stings, The feeling of needles ripping through the flesh of your face, But I was able. To remove the heat, I found the secret was better than that with Vsauce. It turns out good thick chunky guacamole is the answer, Get some regular chips, Just get big gobs of it, Eat it, move it around your mouth, eventually it will capture Most of the heat. God help you later when it comes out”

“I’ll make this short n sweet. The Apollo sauce I got was either a faulty bottle, or the watermelon hop sauce is just hotter. The Apollo is very tasty. Sweet and tangy. But if you’re buying it for the hope of insane heat? Then just SAVE YOUR MONEY! The heat isn’t worth the hype. If this is 11 out of 10 heat then I know a toxic wings restaurant that’ll mix up some 20 out of 10 heat Carolina reaper sauce. •The watermelon hop sauce available on this site was hotter. •Secret Aardvark Smoked Reaper was hotter. •Tabasco scorpion sauce was hotter.”

“Greatest hot sauce ever created for people who like real heat but not at the expense of great flavor. The fact that it's just purely the apollo pepper 3 ways + vinegar is truly a beautiful thing. The magic is in how well it mixes into just about anything (Cane's sauce.. thank me later) and enhances the flavor, a little goes a long way (trust me) when you start experimenting. If you guys ever stop selling this sauce I will have to track down Ed himself to put a plan together to get it back! Truly a masterpiece, well done.”

“It has a great flavor and taste to me. It’s not too hot for me. I had 2 Carolina Reapers that I raised last year that I couldn’t finish the soup. They were the hottest I ever raised. It poures out to fast sometimes but I still eat it.”
