“I feel like they made this one just to keep it's name and position in the lineup, because it's just hot to be hot and no real flavor, because it's just: pepper, pepper powder, pepper distillate, and vinegar. With sauces this hot, it's hard to craft them with flavor because pepper distillate is required for the heat level, and it just gets an overall 'seedy' taste. However, if you're looking for something with MUCH more flavor and the same heat level (IMO), opt for the PSYCHO sauce instead. I feel like this one could have been better so I remain disappointed with it.”

“Honestly, it’s too hot for me to use with any regularity. I’ll use a drop here and there. Fun to challenge friends to try it. I’m glad I have a bottle, but I go though it awfully slowly.”

“Vinegar flavor is a little heavy but on most dishes you can add a significant amount of heating without altering the flavor of the dish. The Apollo pepper itself is pretty tasty”
