“Lost a lot of respect for Hot Ones with this sauce. My expectations were through the roof and I came away thinking the people on this show are sissies. I've had way hotter sauce than this. That said it tastes good enough to finish the bottle but I wouldn't care to replace any of my go to sauces with it. To be honest I found The Classic Pepper X that was sent with my order on a free promotion to pack way more heat than Apollo.”

Wow! Sounds like you have a great tolerance! How much did you use? The number one reason for people to think this is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Also, give it a healthy shake before using it. “It is what it is. It's the last dab! Use with caution, but still use it! This one was wayy too hot for my partner, which means it is perfect for me. I can't wait to find more uses for it around my kitchen.”

“The Apollo sauce has ruined other hot sauces for me. From the delightful packaging to the flavor it brings when I put a dab upon my food, I have yet to find a better equivalent. One thing I would improve in the packaging, is a small reminder to shake up the hot sauce, so you get all the flavor it can deliver.”
