“Hoooowhey! That is a mighty hot one there and I love it! The fact the pepper alone, can bring such flavor with no other herbs to complement, is a testament to the grower! Punches you in the face, and leaves all the bright feeling aroma assaulting your senses for a good 5 minutes! THAT is a SAUCE! I can taste its routes in where the pepper was derived, but it really stands on its own with an amazing flavor that just cramps up your stomach asking for more. When it comes to using REAL spicy sauces on foods, the key is it needs to also taste good, not just be pain. Well, this sauce, being almost entirely the pepper and nothing else, would make you think you're on the flavor letdown to pain town- but NO! This right here packs just enough quality flavor to make you say "My lord this is a mighty tasty bombardment of pain in my mouth right now." You WILL say "Thank you may I have another". Just to experience it, again.”

“Found the flavor to be wonderful. But, was expecting more kick. I chase heat alot and like to keep it all natural so its hard to find a natural sauce that kicks my face in. Think ill stick to eating pods they seems to do the trick. But wonderful taste.”

“I have had some of the hottest sauces available from retailers, and I have never experienced a sauce like this. Its not an explosion of heat in your mouth like many sauces. It is an explosion of flavor, that is then followed by a heat that radiates across your body likes it's traveling through your bloodstream. It starts as a sizzle and slowly builds until you feel like your entire body is burning. My heart rate jumped up at least 30 bpm. Absolutely insane way to end the Season 16 gauntlet and I loved it.”

“I was expecting for Apollo to just be hot, but it has some nice subtle flavor to it. A little sweet, a little sour. The heat isn't immediate unless you've already exposed your mouth to some heat. Goes great with tacos and burritos and definitely adds flavor. I bought it just to see how hot it was, but I've used it multiple times as a condiment.”

“This one gets 5 stars not because of taste, but because of the fun factor. It is always served with ample warning so they know full well this going to be hot ride. Yet the look on their faces is always priceless.”
