“A ton of flavor and packs a good dose of heat. I hope this sauces stays in inventory. I'd love to see a Heatonist heat pack with Apollo, Last Dab Scorpion, Last Dab Reaper, Last Dab Ghost, and Last Dab XX. I love mixing this sauce with other hot sauce favorites to boost the heat. Especially with tacos.”

“I've had the original Last Dab. It wasn't that hot. I've had the Last Dab XXX. It's pretty hot. And then I had this. I swear to to god, this shit is so savagely, unrelentingly hot it sent me to the shadow realm. I was SHAKING. I was getting lightheaded from hyperventilating. I saw the face of god. My own tears hurt my face. It's at least twice as hot as the Last Dab XXX. I'm not too proud to admit that I was crying while nursing down whole milk for a good 10 minutes afterwards. This sauce knocked me on my ass in a way I never thought possible. Literally the hottest sauce I've ever tasted by orders of magnitude. Use with extreme caution, or extreme prejudice if you have a death wish.”

“This is the best hot sauce I’ve ever had. The previous last dab was mustard based and ridiculous to get out of the bottle. This new variable has the right amount of heat and flavor! Yes, it tastes good while punching you in the face!”

“Surprisingly kicked me in the ass the first time and then it cooled off for me. I dig the flavor on this one a lot and I do dabs on the daily with it.”

“This one is a creeper. The thickness of the mash means you get a LOT of pepper with your dabs. BUT... It has a strange proclivity to lulling one into a death-spiral of applying one more dab. The heat isn't at the forefront. It appears late in the the session, and if you over-indulged, you're already on that pain train. A couple of easy wings, and it was already making its way to brown-town, kicking and fighting all the way. But yet, a gentle emission....for a spice lord. YMMV.”

“WAY hotter than XXX!!!! While I loved the flavor of XXX, I was surprisingly let down by the heat of XXX. Apollo brings back the heat! It's hot! It's a perfect addition when you want to add some good heat when there's already a good amount of flavor in the dish; somehow this sauce doesn't really disrupt any other flavors in the food. I should still experiment with it to see how its other flavors stack up, but I'm just so happy it really packs a punch compared to XXX.”

We only carry sauces with natural pepper heat (no extracts), so they're going to have a different heat profile than the straight up mouth burn from an extract based sauce! In our experience The Apollo heat hits a good 30-60 seconds later and gives more of a full body burn. :)
