This sauce was ok after chugging entire bottle the heat was most in my throat and it didnt give me an endorfinrush that i got with the hellfire doomed sauce the reson for the threestar rating is the price and that my expectations of heat was higher then the heat in the bottle i would recomend this sauce as a seasoning for pasta but as a hotsauce the heat is not really up there with hellfire

Everything that can be said about this sauce has already been said; it’s fantastic. Super hot, but with FLAVOR. I got it as a gift with the XXX as well, and will definitely be buying some more soon!

Not as hot as you would expect, great on chicken or chips. This sauce has a nice sweet flavour and doesn’t just burn the lips like a reaper or scorpion mash would. Would be good to see more sauces made from the Apollo pepper.

While the XXX version of The Last Dab brought a unique mix of peppers and spices to the table and is still my favorite in terms of flavor, it unfortunately lacked the heat that The Last Dab is known for. Apollo more than makes up for it. It is by far the hottest sauce I ever had. I found myself referring to it as "pure unadulterated pain in a bottle". The official Scoville has yet to be released but various hot sauce connoisseurs estimate between 2.5 and 3 million Scovilles and I would have to agree. All of Apollo's flavor comes from the pepper itself. No added spices in this one, so it makes the flavor a little basic but the pepper is strong enough to hold its own. What makes this sauce maintain its 5 star rating for me is two things. First and foremost, no extracts. Just mash, powder and distillate. The second, it uses more mash than vinegar. which also makes it thick. So be careful when shaking the sauce onto your food, you might get more than you bargained for. If you too are looking for "Pure unadulterated pain in a bottle" that still has respectable flavor, This is the hot sauce for you.

Really good, definitely better taste than DaBomb lol. Goes great on wings but I found that if you add it to BBQ sauce it really brings out the flavors. I also made some beef jerky that I had marinating in Apollo for 24 hours, turned out awesome.
