“I bought this new sauce for my son and daughter who are heat freaks. I'm a Classic heat guy so Apollo is way to hot for me. I make jerky strips using ultra lean elk hamburger and a Bradley smoker. My batch uses 3 pounds of elk hamburger and cure plus seasoning from a terriyaki flavour kit. I add one tablespoon of Apollo to the mixture and beat with a kitchen aid blender for 10 minutes at medium speed to make a smooth consistency. After resting for 3 days in a freezer bag in the fridge I use a jerky gun to lay out the strips. I then spread some maple syrup on the top that is mixed with one teaspoon of Apollo. 3 hours of smoke and heat at 210F produces 28 strips of hot heaven, so my kids exclaim. They have tried it with the dab on top of normal jerky strips and both exclaim it is the hottest they have ever tried. Congratulations to the management and team who have developed this hot sauce. It is the hotest and it does still retain a great flavour. I will buy more.”

“It is so spicy, but it is so tasty. A small amount can flavor an entire plate of food and still provide a subtle burn. And if you accidentally use too much, it still tastes great while you sweat through it.”

“Love the flavor, the heat is definitely there but if you respect it it’s very nice. I’m curious to see what the next batch has to offer. I’ve had all the last dab sauces except the second I believe and it’s always nice.”

“The joke was on me literally. Good sauce. Good flavore. Floral flavor. Heat was not up to Pepper X version. I got my bottle and went to open it partially opening the lid. Decided to shake. I wore part of it on face. Got direct shot to mouth and up nose. Almost in eye. What an experience!”
