“This sauce packs a serious kick, but as long as I don't overdo it (and I have!) it's not unpleasant. It's a pretty sauce, with great color and obvious bits of pepper, with a sweet, fruity flavor that'll explode in your mouth with serious heat, but without the chemistry-set aftertaste of so many extreme sauces. This stuff's not cheap, but it's more than just a sauce. It's an experience, like a crazy roller coaster you want to ride again and again.”

“The heat is definitely there and quickly builds, the taste for the split second before the burn is good. After the burn however, most of the flavor is vinegar which is expected.”

“Don't get me wrong, the flavor on this sauce is absolutely killer. Every note of it points towards a superhot however it just doesn't follow up for me. I'm not sure if my tolerance is just that high or if I got a bad bottle. I'm curious as to what the official scoville rating is..”

“It's by far the tastiest, and the hottest sauce I've ever purchased. I am by no means someone who can eat hot sauces in volume. I found myself lying on the floor pouring sweat feeling like there was a blowtorch in my tounge after just a few drops, and I have absolutely no regrets. I'm probably even going to go do it again as soon as I recover. I have nothing but positive things to say about this sauce.”

“I’m OBSESSED with Last Dab XXX so I was excited to try this new version, hoping it would be just as good... Unfortunately, that hope was in vain. Apollo is just hotter with less appealing taste. Going hotter would be fine, if the taste is amazing. Not the case with this one.”
