“I love Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel spice mix, so I was intrigued by this sauce. Unfortunately, after tasting it I agree with those who say this sauce seems like it’s missing something. The flavor profile is not quite there yet. I may use it as a salad dressing base, but I can’t use it as a hot sauce. Won’t be buying this one again.”

“I never thought about putting hot sauce on a bagel before, but this sauce dispelled any preconceptions. Great flavor, nice touch of heat. It really does work well with anything doughy. I use it on sandwiches, Chicago style pizza, and bagels.”

“Will be ordering more of this! Of the 5 I ordered this was the one I initially thought was “meh” but it ended up being my favorite by far! So good on breakfast sandwiches, and I loved to put a bunch on frozen pizzas before backing them. Has a solid kick for something that’s not peppery tasting.”
