“Awesome and unique idea but this sauce is listed as medium on the Heatonist site... however it’s so much hotter than any of the medium hot sauces I’ve bought elsewhere in my lifetime. So much so that you can only use it sparingly, like just a few small drops. I think Heatonist should recalibrate their heat rating system.”

“This sauce is just great. It really does impart an "everything bagel" flavor which, surprisingly, goes with many dishes. I did not like it on scrambled eggs, but on everything else I tried, I enjoyed it - especially on pizza! The spice level should be tolerable if you eat sriracha or similar sauces, it has some lingering heat but is not strong. What heat it does have helps to balance out the intense flavor of everything bagel. It's a very easy sauce to love!”

“Best packaging I have received in awhile nice single item box. Really enjoying the flavor of this unique hot sauce. Purchased it to go on bagels toasted with cream cheese. It is a great addition to your bagel and much more. I also used some as a dipping sauce and that worked well. Next thing I try it on will be mashed potatoes. A really nice sauce.”

“Great but make sure you really shake the bottle before pouring or it will only be super hot oil. Love on eggs.”

“The sauce is the perfect amount of heat. It's hot but then dissipates quickly. I don't really get everything bagel so much. It's mostly a garlic flavor. I love garlic so I love the taste. I was just expecting everything bagel.”

“My husband is the hot sauce person, and I usually have no tolerance for heat... but this sauce I can't get enough of it. It is spicy, but it doesn't linger for a long time. I'm honestly surprised at how much I love this. I just put in an order for a second bottle and I'm so excited. Love it on sandwiches, and baked potatoes so far... will probably try it on other things, I just don't make a large variety of foods.”
