This sauce is amazing! I admittedly wasn’t ready for a sauce like this when I cracked the bottle, it was too spicy, but this bottle put me on the track to the big leagues of spice town. Looking back I wouldn’t consider that hot, but back then it was the roller coaster that made me endure pain for pleasure. This jont is pack full of flavor and was dropped on burgers, chicken sandos, pizza, and tamales. Big flavor, big time sauce.

Finally a sauce that has flavor and heat. Don’t be fooled, the heat sneaks up on you after, thus the name “ghost”.

Big flavor is the best way to describe this sauce. Too liquidity. Would like it thicker so the amount comes out a little slower. I could smell the bourbon oak barrel on the nose. The heat was perfect to put it in the middle of chicken wing tasting.

Reminds me of a really hot salsa. The ghost peppers have a nice sizzle taste.

Intermediate level of spice, if you’re used to the habanero in sauces, and ready first the step up, this is a great choice. Flavors took some getting used to, but if you’re a fan of bourbon you might like this one.

If you know bourbon, you will immediately recognize it on the nose. The taste is delicious among great hotness. Even though it has vinegar in it, it is very subtle. Spices up front, with a relative quick hotness on the tongue. If you are not careful, you may end up overheating. I would recommend you add a few drops when you eat, to avoid getting too much sauce with each bite. The only negative is that the bottle hole is big, so it is very easy to pour on too much, however that is your own fault if you do.
