Fantastic Sauce! It would be best to describe it as a Jalapeño relish. It goes great with any burger or sandwich!

Taste so amazing and just the right amount of heat.

Taste is obviously subjective, but this sauce is exceptionally bad compared to other jalapeno-based ones. All you can taste is vinegar with a weird mushy consistency.

Everyone enjoys a good mild sauce from time to time. The flavor is good, the texture is unique. I can’t say I’d buy this again though. The flavor, though good, wasn’t the best. I love their brand and their other sauces are a step above. For me, this was a try once and move on sauce.

I’ve been looking for a good green jalapeño sauce that isn’t vinegar forward and this one pretty much fots the bill. The heat is pleasant on the mild side and the vinegar is tempered. A slight sweetness is nice too.

The good thing is that it is what it is. I also love the look and taste of the dark and the light from roasting.
