“While this sauce is more vinegary than I normally like, the depth of flavor and interesting texture helped me enjoy this. It has a nice level of heat that’s intense when you put it directly onto pizza or dumplings but tempers a bit when you cook it onto something as a marinade. I like smothering nuggets in it before they cook.”
