“Great flavor, aggressive heat. Earthy, rich, and peppery. Kinda wish it was a touch less hot, just cuz I want to use more of it, but applied with a judicious hand, it’s super tasty.”

“I was hoping for something a bit less vinegar-y and a bit thicker. The flavor is alright with me, but felt like I was missing the smokey flavor and instead had notes of vinegar and lime for some reason. The sauce is not bad by any means and the heat level is great, just not my cup of tea. If you like something closer to a spicier version of Tabasco, then this is the sauce for you (I mean consistency, not flavor profile). I wish I liked it more!”
