Does anyone else test their new hot sauces before using them? I definitely do. I put my index finger over the mouth and tilt the bottle to get a thin coating and taste that just for starters. The smell is deviously unassuming. It has a muted garlic aroma and nothing else. The texture is creamy, and the rough flavor profile is as follows: Garlic peeks in first, then a quick and short-lived taste of sour lime (and vinegar?) and then the regret sets in. I'm not kidding, this sauce has some serious recoil. It got me breathing harder than normal just from a tiny taste. This sauce has a subtle creaminess, has a distinct sour note, and is VERY HOT. If you like those things, get this sauce. If any of these things turn you off, maybe give it a skip. I haven't tried it on food yet, but I'm betting it would go great on or with pizza, wings, fried chicken, and as a dipping sauce with ranch or mayo.

It’s been said on the Hotones show a few times, and I had to find out for myself. This sauce is fantastic on pizza. The Reaper is super spicy and will blow your face off if you’re not careful. Dab it on your food of choice with care and respect, however, and you’ll be greeted with an intense fusion of two of the best flavours on earth. The Reaper by no means overpowers the garlic. I was surprised that even at this level of heat, the flavours blend and compliment each other. I’m not well seasoned in hot sauces, I’ll be honest. I’ve overdone this before and felt it’s wrath... ... but, once the heat faded, I found life boring, and actually went back for more, straight from the bottle. It will mess you up if not respected, but it’s so tasty, you’ll never regret it.

If you take care with eating these level of hotness they are a treat. I love the flavor though If it hits the back of your throat that’s a different unpleasant experience. Turn your home thermostat down and save some cash with this.

I guess I'm not as big of a chili head as the other reviewers. This was the hottest thing I've ever had in my life. Much hotter than Zombie Apocalypse. I couldn't taste anything except the heat since I had to guzzle down 10 cups of water in about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this to someone who is trying to take the next step in their heat adventure, but please do not try this if you are an amateur.

Really great sauce for pizza or breakfast sandwiches. Even put it on tacos. All tasted great. But I will say for a Carolina reaper sauce - was expecting way more heat. I have some habenero sauce that packs more of a punch. But all in all good sauce

Plenty of heat & garlic, but comes through as rather bitter...needs something to balance it out, like some sweetness. Surprised to see that it's a canola oil based sauce. Garlic can get bitter if it's overcooked, is that it? Disappointed.

I love Torchbearer Zombie (on my 2nd bottle) and Sons of Zombie. BUT this one is not for me. Too sour. The creaminess made me think it's not hot but oh noooo it's HOT.

Unique addition to the lineup. Tons of flavor. Heavy garlic as expected. Thrives on pizza. Painfully hot if you have too much, but very addicting. Can't stop. Won't Stop. 5/5
