I love this sauce. It's the perfect amount of each ingredient. If you like horseradish with some kick I would def recommend.

Distinctively horseradish in taste, this sauce has a big heat kick up front that settles down quickly, then simmers in the background for a while. Unlike some sauces which make themselves a stand-out taste above and beyond the foods they're eaten with, this sauce blends more seamlessly with its dishes. Those looking for an overwhelming flavor might be disappointed, but these flavors complement more than demand undue attention for themselves. Despite the 6/10 rating, the heat isn't too intense, and the volume of heat in a given amount of sauce is low compared to many others which are much more concentrated. It is also a very thick sauce. This is definitely meant to be a sandwich spread or dipping sauce, not something that you only use a tiny dollop of at a time. It makes an excellent companion for steak or roast beef, and the low volume of heat makes it harder to go overboard and use so much that your dish ends up difficult to eat.

I really wanted to like this sauce. In fact it was in the first group of 3 sauces I bought from this site. I tried it on a few different things (it wasn't as good on fries or steak as I thought it'd be) and it was just too hard to find other things to compliment it. I can't even comment on the heat aspect because I ended up not using a whole lot of it and hardly remember it.

Torchbearer has become one of my top hot sauce companies. I used this one on a beef pot roast and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Outstanding.

One of the best of the 20 or so hot sauces I have in my current collection. If you don't like horseradish take a hard pass on this, but if you do I can't recommend enough. The heat is a perfect match for the horseradish. It does sneak up on you a little bit. Perfect on my vegetarian protein and dad confirmed that it was amazing on prime rib. Best application so far is making "Dog Team Tavern Dip" for ridged potato chips: 1 lb cottage cheese, 1/4c jarred horseradish, 1 tbl headless horseman, 1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp sugar. Mix and let stand in the fridge for a few hours. Demolish with chips (or veggies if that is your thing).

I think Torchbearer nails it again. It has a great color, great flavor , and an interesting burn on it. I could see this being amazing on a ruben sandwich or oysters.

If you like heat and enjoy horseradish, this is the sauce for you. The flavour is unbelievable and is a perfect match for prime rib. It's not a highly versatile sauce, since horseradish doesn't go with everything, but this will be in my regular rotation from now on.

This is an amazing sauce for sandwiches. It can lack on other foods but it is unique and flavorful.
