I thought this sauce would have a lot more flavor than it does. A lot of other reviews said the mustard was strong, I barely notice it at all. It's mostly heat. This isn't quite at "one drop for a vat of chili" level, but it's getting close. It's not bad for a blowout style hot sauce, just not as advertised or reviewed by others. Maybe I got a strong batch?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Working with small batch makers, sometimes the result can vary slightly batch to batch. I'd also recommend giving it a big shake as with the all natural sauces sometimes the spices can settle.

Honey badger is great but I have to say Detroit hell fire is my favorite so far

Potent kick that comes in after a second or two. Could benefit from more honey flavor up front.

Heat is there. Flavor isn’t terrible but it has that chemical capsaicin taste and doesn’t really taste like honey or mustard

Fantastic flavour, amount of sweetness and heat beautifully combined. Love this addition to my spicy collection

I love the flavor. Its the best sauce I've ever had in that regard. HOWEVER, it is also the hottest sauce I've ever had. If they had a sauce that was the same but even slightly less hot, I'd give that one 5 stars.
