“this sauce is just okay for me. the heat is good, but there is something in the flavor that seems off, and I think it has to do with the sweetness. maybe it's the agave? sweet onion? cider vinegar? I can't tell exactly what it is, but it throws me, and makes it a bit less enjoyable.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! Perhaps you were thrown off by the pink peppercorn that gives it a slightly floral flavor (which we find is lovely when added to hummus!). Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“I can quite decide how I feel about this one. I like the heat for sure; not too hot, but you can tell it was made with very hot peppers. The flavor is just ok to me. Maybe it's my bottle, but I am not tasting the onion that others have noted.”
