“This has a strange flavor, but not bad. Can really taste the red wine vinegar. There are actually too many flavors and they get muddy. I think it would be better to cut out a few of the many ingredients to make it more simple. Has a little kick of heat to it, but could be hotter for me. Not too bad on chicken wings. Don't know what else I'd try it on. Probably on a burger. Not bad, but probably won't get it again.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it is absolutely phenomenal on burgers and chicken with rice. It also makes a great marinade! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“I tend to gravitate toward the medium hot sauces as my everyday go-to selections. That said, there's a lot of range in this category with some medium sauces very tolerable and others that require restraint. I would place this sauce in the latter camp. It was almost hot enough to trigger hiccups, definitely hot enough to make my lips burn and steam up my eyeglasses. The lingering after-taste was really pleasant, however, and I look forward to sampling this again in the days and weeks to come. If you like some extra zip in your sauces, this is worthy of your attention.”
