“Bought this specifically for my wife, as we're doing our own pseudo-Hot Ones-inspired nights (we call it the Mild Ones). She's not a hot sauce lover, but she loooves pickles, so I had to pick it up for her. Every time we have it, she uses way too much because of the delicious pickle flavor, and then remembers, too late, that it's not an entirely safe sauce. If you like medium heat and pickle flavors, you will be happy with this sauce.”

“My white cheese dip recipe uses juice from the picked Jalapenos. I was using fresh Jalapenos this time, so I put in a good teaspoon of Ghost Verde to substitute for the juice from the jar. It was awesome!”

“Excellent Sauce with pickle notes wrapped in that sweet heat. Creativity meeting expression realized with something greater than the individual ingredients would achieve on their own. Good for salads, sammichis, eggs, homemade black beans, fry dip (mixed with Mayo) and a few hundred applications I’ve yet to try. Will be in my regular rotation. You will love and anyone you know who loves pickles will love you for turning them onto this lo-key masterpiece.”
