“This is now a Top 5 sauce for me. The piquant heat hits immediately and culminates by the end of the meal. The flavor is powerful and could overwhelm more subtle dishes so best to do a taste test on your food before liberal application. I tend to use it on the side and dip food instead of the usual pour.”

“The pepper flavor is typical of the habanero or habanero lineage. The flavor profile of the sauce has a little more vinegar and fewer spices than I prefer, but it does have the heat if you want to take it to a 9/10. I love the packaging and presentation. Not bad.”

“Sort of watery, hot first, flavor second. It's great when blended with tacos (probably its forte) but doesn't really do anything for other foods. Brings the heat, but sort of boring.”
