“The maple is forward, and I do enjoy the sauce! It has a pleasant taste, and very little heat (in my opinion). The coffee notes create a sense of bitterness & 'roasted' flavor. My wish is that it was thicker, and held more body. It is quite a thin sauce, and therefore has poor mouthfeel.”
