“Very mild heat but the flavor is *chef’s kiss*. I want to put this on everything! If you don’t like pineapple, you won’t like this. It’s the perfect amount of pineapple flavor in my opinion. Most hot sauces that say they contain pineapple don’t taste like it at all.”

“I knew going in that Adoboloco tends to be more vinegary / watery consistency so that wasn't my hangup on this. I would put this at a 1/10 on spice level because I almost couldn't detect any. The pineapple flavor is also *very* prominent - almost too much. It's not bad tasting, but it just needs a lot more cayenne. My preferred usage after trying: marinating, or to spice up cocktails. Trying to use this as a condiment when I want a "hot" sauce would have me drowning food in it because of the consistency and lack of heat.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. This is definitely designed to be a mild sauce for folks who need a little less burn! We find it really sings on pizza and grilled chicken. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
