Good all around sauce. Nice level of heat to it without being insanely hot.

The smoke and fruit notes are very pleasant and well balance. Will probably be in heavy rotation at my house. Pictured- Oxtail mole tacos with Jalapeño Chico

Are you stuck in a loveless and bland marriage? Do you long for the days when sparks flew as easily as your spouse's terrible jokes? Fear not, my disillusioned lovebirds, for I have found the holy grail of matrimonial revival: Jalapeño Chico Hot Sauce. Let me regale you with a tale of culinary redemption. Picture this: a love life as exciting as watching paint dry, until one fateful day, Jalapeño Chico sauntered into our kitchen like a spicy savior. With its tantalizing blend of jalapeño goodness and a hint of "I'm-about-to-make-your-tongue-dance" heat, this sauce breathed new life into our lackluster dinners. No longer do we sit in silence, staring blankly at each other over our plates of beige mediocrity. Now, we engage in passionate debates about whether to drizzle or drench our meals in this liquid elixir of marital bliss. Forget expensive therapy sessions or cheesy romantic gestures—Jalapeño Chico is the marriage counselor you never knew you needed. Its fiery kick ignites not only your taste buds but also the spark in your relationship. Who needs couples counseling when you have a bottle of hot sauce that can turn your dining table into a battleground of flavor and passion? So, to all the struggling couples out there, take my advice: ditch the cliché roses and chocolate, and grab yourself a bottle of Jalapeño Chico Hot Sauce. Because nothing says "I love you" quite like a spicy kick in the taste buds and a renewed zest for life (and love). Cheers to spicing up more than just your tacos!

This stuff reminds me of Anejo red pepper sauce, with a deep smokey flavor that is perfectly balanced against the vinegar. I'm not sure about 7/10 but it has a manageable heat level that makes it a solid general-purpose sauce. I like that they kept it simple, and as a result this sauce is quite versatile. Great with anything you'd use Anejo on, which is pretty much any cuisine.

not the hottest hot sauce, it has the greatest utility, I'm on my second bottle and buying another as a gift for mothers day. It's got a ton of flavor, it's smoky, not too vinegary, and clearly perfect for everything taco-related including eggs and breakfast things.

Certainly a unique flavor. I liked it at first but by the time I was halfway thru the bottle I was done with it.

It has a wonderful flavor with a balanced heat that lingers after the first taste. After trying this for the first time, I plan to order more so I have plenty on hand.

This is probably my favorite Adoboloco sauce, and I love their whole lineup. This guy's got a great flavor profile from the smoked jalapeno, but then it brings some good heat from the ghost peppers. It tastes so good that I want to smother my food in it, but I can't handle that much delicious burn at once!
