“Building heat, delicious flavor. A little like ketchup in a passing sense. Thick sauce, goes well with fried rice dishes along so many things. Heat is highly cumulative”

“Good flavor Great on any style of Asian Cuisine especially in lettuce wraps used it in marinade for the pork and added it to a dipping sauce. Not light on heat with a long lasting burn.”
