I don’t see this as an Asian food hot sauce. This is my go to breaded chicken sauce. The basil is subtle and really makes it unique.

Wow, the flavor of this sauce is incredible! It's mild for sure, maybe less than 3/10 to me, but this southeast Asian concoction is seriously one of the best sauces I've ever tasted. Infusing the vinegar is a great technique to extract refined flavors that you just don't get when the ingredients are ground or minced in raw form and dumped into the mix. The inclusion of Thai basil perfectly compliments the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime infused into the vinegar base, and the coconut is not overpowering as it often can be. Unsurprisingly, this stuff is great on Thai food, but I'm finding that it works well on anything, except maybe Mexican food and the like.

Great on scrambled eggs.

It’s tasty. But it’s not going to knock your socks off. If you’re in the mood for a casual sauce for a casual meal, it’s a solid choice. Don’t really have much else to say about it. It’s average enough.

Excellent flavors in this sauce! I’ve been using it a lot, solid choice for an everyday sauce. Perfect heat level for me personally.

This sauce has a unique taste. It reminds you of Thai and Southeast asian flavor profiles with Kafir lime leaves and lemongrass. It's a mild sauce though.
