“This is a nice exploration from standard supermarket hot sauces - it's a relatively mild hot sauce with a bit more personality than your standard pepper + vinegar hot sauce. It has an almost vegetal undertone to the light spice and mild vinegar tang. Works well with savory breakfasts - my favorite is on eggs, sandwiches, and kicks up chicken and pork dishes. It's fairly versatile but not universally useful in all cuisines due to the vegetal/tomato notes in my opinion.”

“I do not know how to explain it. But of all the pepper sauces I've had, this one I blew through in record time. Not too hot, and it tastes kind of like a McDonald's Cheeseburger. But doesn't detract AT ALL from the foods it is put on. It's weird, I know. But it's damned delicious.”

“This sauce has a big tomato flavor. I thought it was okay when eating plain with chicken, but when I put this sauce on bread for sandwiches/burgers, SOOOO GOOOD!!!!!”

“I was swayed by the overwhelming amounts of good reviews, so I picked up a bottle. It's just too bitter and tangy for me. I think it's the white vinegar and horseradish, but if you like those things I'm sure you'd like this. I like wasabi, so I was surprised that I didn't like it. Overall, I don't think it's great, but if you like the idea of turmeric and mustard with what could've been a decent red sauce then go for it.”

“Fantastic sauce. For those starting to creep out of really mild sauces this is a good one to kick it up a notch. Great with chicken dishes .”

“This is such a flavorful sauce. There is no awkward bite or tang to this. It’s very lasting after taste with clear notes of almost all of the ingredients linger just long enough for you to say I’ll try that again please. I’ll be getting more of this for sure.”
