“Based on the ingredients and positive ratings, I thought I would like this as a mild, flavor-first sauce, but the flavor I get is confusing to say the least. I can't put my finger on it, but some component of this sauce throws the whole thing off, and I just don't like the taste, having tried it several times on a variety of foods. I'll give them that it has a "funky" taste, but I threw this bottle out mostly full. Still, I see potential with this sauce, and it seems like removing some ingredient might make it great. Wish I could tell which one it is.”

“Lovely taste! If you don't like the vinegar punch, let it dry onto whatever you put it onto and the vinegar-flavor will be significantly less.”
