“Wow this stuff is good! It has this incredible fresh, herby flavor that, while clearly being of southeast-Asian style, works well with so many other cuisines. The flavor is not overpowering with most dishes I've used it on, but it will hold its own when added to something stronger like a Thai chili basil or Indian curry. I find the heat to be unique among all the hot sauces I've tried - it creeps and will build up with every bite more than I expect, resulting in a nice head buzz that I just don't get with other sauces. I'd actually rate this one hotter than the site rating. What an amazing sauce!”

“Just getting into hot sauces, and this is my favorite of the "Hot" sauces I got. Burns my mouth while still being flavorful. I like to mix this with Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce to take the flavor to the next level. Its on my list of sauces I will order again when I finish the bottle.”

“Took me a minute to put my finger on the flavor but there’s no doubt now what it is. So with that in mind there is a range of dishes where this great tasting hot sauce cuts through where others just blend in. It’s really good, definitely recommend.”
