“This sauce has an amazing amount of unique flavor. It almost has a mustard quality. I love the complexity of flavors and its subtle heat means you can use it on nearly everything. I've written a few reviews tonight and have become a broken record about my disdain for watery sauces. This one isn't one of those. It is substantial which allows its subtlety to hold up wherever it's used. This sauce needs to be tried and reviewed by many, many more people. It seems to be an under-the-radar find right now. It deserves to be at the top of the lists. I can assure you it will always have a place in our fridge.”

“Recently got my third bottle of this, I still find it hard to enjoy a slice of pizza without having this sauce on it. It has become a must for me. Recently started making homemade pizza from scratch and I plan on using this as a sauce layer on the next.”
