“The sauce is of a normal hot sauce consistency. Easy to pour. The flavor is great. It’s sweeter than I expected, so I find myself mixing it with spices of some sort. I added this to a fried chicken recipe and now it’s everyone’s favorite. Would recommend! The only reason it’s not five stars is because it’s not a “hot sauce”, it’s sweet.”
