“What an incredible journey this sauce was. It’s is easily paired with so many different things. I tried it with smoked chicken, grilled chicken, tuna steaks, beef and pork ribs, and even lengua tacos. This sauce legitimately should be a sauce for any household and spice lovers everywhere. Kudos to the creator of this sauce. I owe you a beer and pay on the back!”

“It tastes like chilis and yeast. It's a vomit like flavor combination. It is not good to me, and the ingredients are strangely pretentious. Who cares if you add dates as fancy sugar, or pink himalayan salt (salt lightly colored with impurities with no distinguishable difference in taste within the context of a heavily flavored condiment) instead of regular or actually good quality salt, or apple cider vinegar specifically as a sweeter variant of vinegar with sugar already in the recipe, etc? All you end up tasting is peppers and yeast with enough sugar to round off the sharpness of the vinegar. It's not artisanal it's just covered in trend buzz words (literally highlighted on the label in bright red) and tastes like yeast and peppers.”

“This sauce is perfect with chicken dishes. It's got a bit of a nutty flavor, which might come from the dates and/or nutritional yeast. It's got a nice, uniform, creamy consistency. Heat level is about 6 out of 10. Great balance of heat, sweet, savory & acid.”
