“Robust and flavorful! This sauce does a great job of bringing all of the delicious flavors of elote into a bottle. Not too hot, but hot enough to make your mouth tingle (I love heat, personally, but I know a lot of people don't). I'd classify it more on the mild side of "medium" in terms of hotness. Has a nice smoky sweetness to it that you'd expect from an actual elote with the grilled corn, but isn't an overall smoky or sweet sauce. Just really well done!”

“The spice level is perfect, and it goes great in cooked dishes, on wings, or a few drops mixed into your favorite salsa! We put a few drops on our taquitos and it was awesome!”
