“This was delicious! Lots of flavor and not super hot. Something I could share with my partner who doesn't like too spicy. It has a nice subtle sweet flavor. The bottle is already finished!”

“This sauce is a vinegar base with a complexity of spices in the after taste. It’s NOT hot. Think more like a salt n’ vinegar chip with just a depth of flavor. BBQ, vinegar, cinnamon or clove. Sharp but deep. Makes me think of IF Virginia could make a pho.”

“I’m a pepper head I like a lot of heat but also balanced with flavor. I have 25+ sauces right now. This is top 3. Medium heat, but the amazing flavors of ginger, honey, apple cider etc make it awesome. Can use it for any kind of Asian cuisine and definitely chicken and fish !!!!”

“I had ordered a couple of other sauces and received this one in place of another. Heatonist told us to keep it, and I'm so glad they did. We're about to order another bottle! It's soooo good! We've tried it with potatoes, steak, pork, and chicken”
